Our services include medical, dental, product and toxic case evaluation and expert witness testimony. We perform independent medical examinations (IMEs), develop comprehensive life care plans, perform economic loss valuations, conduct autopsies and provide DNA analysis and interpretation. We also offer a strategic planning program designed to assist you further as your case develops. Shiny Health can perform rapid literature reviews and analyses, product evaluation, and investigation of the backgrounds of potential defendants and plaintiffs. We have assisted over 20,000 defense and plaintiff attorneys since 1998 and we have carefully screened board-certified medical experts in all specialty areas available to review your case and testify in support of their unbiased opinions. The specialist panel consists of doctors experienced in their field of specialty practice as well as handling of medical examination, assessment and reporting for personal injury assessment.

The coverage for medical negligence claims service is provided on a case-by-case consideration. Preliminary assessment will be given without commitment of taking up service provision. In addition to the above-mentioned subspecialty we also cover other areas such as cardiology, general surgery, cardiothoracic surgery etc.
We only enroll doctors with experience of 10 years or above who must hold a Fellowship of Academy of Medicine of Hong Kong. Many of them have been worked as consultant in government hospital or academic staff in University of Hong Kong.
